Description
The Snake Stopper by Bonide is the perfect house guard from snakes, lizards, iguanas, and other reptiles. The formula used to create the spray does not act as a poison, and it will not harm the animals. It is safe to use this product around areas where children play as long as it is used as directed. It is perfect for keeping out reptilian animals as the scent deters them and keeps them away from the area. This product works on poisonous snakes, but do not attempt to touch or interact with the animals directly unless you have been properly trained to do so. Contains clove oil, cedar oil, and cinnamon oil and inert ingredient sulfur, this product can be used indoors in controlled areas like a shed or garage and works great outdoors around ornamental gardens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sprays good and settles good smells like mothballs (I think) it’s safe enough to use on ur yard with animals I haven’t seen any snakes in my yard and we usually always see at least 1 or 2 every summer and I didn’t see any so far this year. I would say it’s effective and does work. That’s why I waited till after we mowed and weedeated again just to make sure we didn’t see any snakes.

I have not seen any snakes in the area, so I can say that it is effective. It helps jeep them away but it is safe for animals and people, there was not much of a scent and it did not linger

This brand when I started spraying I saw snakes slither to safety. The scent was a little pungent but it has to be to repel the snakes. I was even able to spray both back and front yards

And I’m fine with them staying over there. But when they come to the door? That’s a different story!! This product was so easy to use, and I didn’t notice any strong scent while using it. I have only seen baby corn snakes and king snakes this year, but once I sprayed I no longer saw them at my entryways. It is totally safe to use around my kids, and the neighbors cats when following product instructions. This is definitely a great addition to a home where a phobia of snakes exists!!

It was more of a neutral scent for something of this nature. It is safe to use around my pets once it’s dry. I think it’s a great value for the money spent. As far as its effectiveness I live in Florida, so I’m not sure if one application would be sufficient for keeping snakes out of the perimeter of my home.

I have ophidiophobia, i have intense fear, and panic when i see a snake. I havent walked out to my back yard 5 years already since i saw 1 small snakes 5 feets from where I did stand. My husband starting use this almost a month and he said he hasnt seen another snake yet. I guess it works well as in the Summer, Texas most likely has snake around. A plus for this product is nayural ingredients to keep snakes away without causing any harm. The scent is strong but as long as it works and i dont see a snake anymore, I will happy. 😃

We live against the woods and this is our 3rd year of spraying it along the wood line and so far no snakes. Has an extremely strong cinnamon smell, just beware of that. Otherwise, attaches easily to a hose and spray away at your leisure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I can't say with absolute certainty that this spray is the reason, I haven’t seen any snakes around the house since I started using it. And there seem to be fewer lizards as well. Whether it's coincidence or not, it appears to be having some effect! I like that it smells like cinnamon. Much preferred to the harsh chemical odors that many of other repellents have. It’s also non-toxic. (Also much preferred to the alternative!) The process is quick and easy. The nozzle attachment is straightforward to use. You just screw it onto the end of your hose and that's that! Personally, I wear gloves when applying it. (I've had similar styles of products leak, so I just prefer to be prepared.)
