The Boppy Best Latch Nursing Support was created with a lactation consultant and designed to support many body types. The thoughtful design offers a wide, padded, adjustable belt, a large easy-close buckle, a flexible fit, and added height and depth to provide ergonomic support while nursing. This breastfeeding support is two-sided to give you the option between a firm, contoured foam side that helps position baby for an easier latch while nursing and a plush side for cozy comfort. Perfect for nursing or bottle feeding. The foam insert provides a firm surface, it is also gently contoured to help baby naturally roll into “belly-to-belly and nose-to-nipple” position. The edges are rounded, sloping with your body so no hard edges dig into your mid-section, while the outer edge is slightly raised providing a wall that helps position baby for a successful latch. Designed for every body, this Boppy Nursing Support features a wider middle that is great for a larger waist and bigger breasts. The padded waist belt supports plus sized users by keeping the support in place and creates a tighter hug around petite bodies. The added height is perfect for those who are tall, have a long torso, or are flatter chested. All of these features help to better fit your body and help position baby, so you get a better latch when nursing. A healthy latch can reduce discomfort and increase nursing success. When dealing with milk or those less cute messes, simply remove the water-resistant, wipeable foam insert and toss the rest of the support into the washing machine and dryer. And don’t worry…the high quality, quick-drying fibers will not get misshapen in the wash. This product is for feeding support only. Thank you to the millions of parents who trust Boppy! #BoppyLove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The firm side is great! It has a little ledge to keep the baby close. Also the color is really pretty. The fabric is also super soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time mom who wears plus sizes and this is the best breastfeeding pillow ever. Baby loves using both sides and mom loves the flexibility for different nursing positions. Can’t imagine this breastfeeding journey without it!

Not sure if this is what you want to hear but I am 81 years old and I use the boppys to read my books. That way my head doesn’t hang down and they are at eye level. Works fantastic!

Got it for my second. Traditional boppys are too flat for me. The fluffiness makes feeding easier. I never used the hard insert or the strap. The buckles do not stay tucked in. One buckle has ripped off already. No covers are available so you have to wash the whole dang thing.

I love this pillow! The first pillow i got was a dinky one because i’m a first time mon and didn’t know any better. Recently learned that my son had both a tongue and a lip tie that were making it difficult for him to gain weight. We got those revised, and i also decided to get a new pillow to see if that would help as well. I settled on this Best Latch Boppy and I am so glad that I did! On top of the revisions, this has made breast feeding a lot more comfortable for both of us. I’m no longer hunched over trying to hold him up to my breast, this pillow has a good height to it. I also love that i can strap it to myself! One of my issues with my old pillow was that he kept slipping between me and the pillow, and with the straps, he no longer does that! I am so so glad i put my faith in this pillow, and i hope my review helps others make a decision. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have nursed four babies, my current one being seven months old. Nursing support has been very important to me as I got tendonitis in one of my shoulders with my first born, received physical therapy during and after my second pregnancy and ended up with bilateral tendonitis by my third pregnancy. One of the biggest things my physical therapist recommended after the birth of my second child was to use a nursing support pillow so I didn’t put extra strain on my shoulders, allowing my tendonitis to heal. I used a hand-me-down nursing pillow for all four of my kids that I thought worked fine, but I had no idea of the comfort a nursing pillow could give until I tried the Boppy Best Latch Breastfeeding Pillow. I love how there was a firm side and a soft side. I found that the firm side was nice for right before bedtime, when I was transitioning the baby to a supine position, and the cushioned side was better for after wakings, when the baby wanted to cuddle next to me as she nursed. I have always been a big fan of a nursing pillow with a strap as it’s important to have proper support. The strap was great at holding the pillow around my waist and was very easy to adjust. The only downside to this specific strap was that once adjusted, it did not hold as strongly as I would have liked. It felt like the pillow had to sit on my lap, instead of being possible to hold up on its own with just the use of the strap. I felt like this was fairly minor overall though as the pillow still provided ample support while breastfeeding and I was able to hold my baby in a comfortable position. I really liked the shape of the foam; that it allowed the baby to lean into my body. I was able to hold her securely without feeling like she would roll away. I found the best feature though to be how easy it is to wash! If others babies are anything like mine, they often make a mess of nursing pillows…things often like to exit both ends after they relax (if you know what I mean). Having a sanitary nursing pillow is a must and the fact that this one is so easy to clean makes it the winner as far as nursing pillows are concerned! This item was received as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. All opinions are my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I loved the fit of the pillow. It is contoured in a way that prevents my son from sinking between me and the pillow but also is cushioned enough for comfort. My son is very particular with his position in order to latch. This provides great head support. My favorite part of the pillow is the strap to prevent the pillow from slipping and my son breaking his latch. It was easy to customize the fit to what’s best for me.

Nursing Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Boppy Best Latch Nursing Pillow as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My daughter is 11 month old and both breastfed and given a bottle. She is very wiggly and is starting to resist the bottle so both of us being comfortable is very important to me! I was a big fan of the original Boppy due to the flexibility of the pillow. It conformed to my body which made it much more comfortable to nurse but I wished for some more support. This product has all of my wish list items for nursing! The count outer foam makes this pillow so comfortable and conforms to my body. My favorite feature is that it has belt that clips around your waist so it can be hands free. You can literally get up and walk around with the pillow which is a game changer for when you have a baby that needs to be moved around and bounced while feeding. Another plus of the clip is it moves with you so you can easily move positions comfortably hands free without have it to move the baby or ask for another set of hands to help. I wish this pillow was around when I had a newborn. I look forward to using it when I have another baby!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boppy Best Latch Breastfeeding Pillow is great. The fit was more comfortable than the standard boppy and more versatile. I have also used the my breastfriend pillow but always thought it was a hassle and couldn't get comfortable with it. This one is easier to use and worked really well for multiple positions while nursing. My favorite feature was the contoured foam, the baby really seemed to enjoy it and just fit really well. Cover is soft and very easy to remove for washing. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this nursing pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Boppy Best Latch Breastfeeding Pillow is definitely a step up from the classic. Where when I used to nurse and had to have a pillow to prop me up here and there just to keep it from sliding, this upgraded version brings it all together in a plush package. I get the comfort of the pillow side with the structure of a firm foam base and a strap to keep it and my baby close to me. My littlest one is 8 months (the other is 2 yrs) and he is bit sick (head cold) at the moment so he does not like laying flat. I'm able to grab my boppy find a peaceful corner and easily position him so that he not only latches easy but doesn't feel the pressure of his cold. That won me over. Pros: - Belt has no loud Velcro like other nursing pillows that envitably sticks to your clothes when you lay your little one down to sleep and wakes them up - Belt can be easily adjusted, providing a great sense of being one with the pillow - making nursing so comfortable and easy - Material is great, very summery feel - keeping baby cool and calm close to mom on the cloudy pillow side and warm and supported on the more structured foam side - So fluffy - my little one simply melted in it. I used to feel my arms and shoulders tensing as I held the nursing pillow in place and my little one at the perfect latch position but now I can relax and focus on him since the pillow isn't trying to escape me. Cons: - The belt is way too long. Although the end can be tucked into the sides that's a lot to do when I have a screaming baby and I'm looking for some quick support, also definitely a trip hazard (the last thing you want to be worrying about) if you are like me and like a tight fit - Overall size of the pillow is a bit large and can be hard for travel - packing it away will take a good amount of your luggage space - The material covering the contoured foam is very stetchy and doesn't seem like it will hold up well over time with heavy usage and washing (feels a bit thin and the foam moves alot) - Points off for material not being organic or at least noted as non-toxic - Wish there was a note on the contoured foam insert that said "This Side Up" so that reassembly post washing was quick. Definitely washed it and promptly forgot how it was positioned. Oops. Overall, this is a plush, form fitting nursing pillow that will support my little one with ease. It is a must have me and I've tried every pillow type/combo you can imagine. From positioning to functionality, the Boppy Best Latch Breastfeeding Pillow had been a dream. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this nursing pillow to test and review!

Versatile and Comfy Nursing Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shape and size of the body cutout make this nursing pillow really comfortable to use and the strap around the back is helpful for keeping it in place (especially if you have a squirmy eater!). I found that some other pillows are too small - especially right after giving birth! - or are not comfortable around my waist/hips when I'm nursing, but this one fits really well! Having the two sides makes this much more versatile than other options on the market (we've tried them all!) and means you only need one pillow instead of multiple pillows for different activities (nursing, bottles, holding). I always use the firmer foam side for nursing because I find it provides better support. The cushion-y side is really nice if you're holding the baby, rocking, trying to get them to sleep, etc. My husband really liked the cushion side for holding the baby and giving her a bottle. I will say that the pillow itself is pretty tall (thick?) because the cushioned side is pretty big. BUT it's nice and squishy so I still found that once I was holding the baby the top of the pillow lined up nicely with my torso for nursing. I have a big baby (9+ lbs./ 22 in. at birth) and I felt like it worked well. Thanks to the Stellar Parent Panel for providing me with this pillow to test and review!

This boppy is a game changer compared to previous pillows. The strap keeps it from slipping down and it also allows it to position baby wherever you need them. I can get comfortable and LO is right where they need to be at all times. The design is soooo cute! I received this product free from Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest feedback!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Boppy Best Latch Breastfeeding pillow is a GAME. CHANGER. I'm not even kidding - this thing is amazing. Where was it for my first two kids? Why is it so great? Well, let's see, it comes with a built in strap, so it doesn't slide off when adjusting baby. That alone is a feature that is life changing! I am a larger lady, so I always have concerns about fit, but the latch is large enough to fit me, and probably most new moms. It can also be tightened to smaller sizes, so overall I know that this pillow will work for you size-wise. It is EXTREMELY supportive. The padding is soft and flexible on the bottom, but the top has firmer foam that really secures baby and allows you to position them however you need to. My babies are not great nursers, but this pillow really helps with positioning. The contoured foam also has a soft, almost grippy material, that helps with keeping baby in the right spot. I'm seriously so in love with this thing - I will be buying it for all of my friends' baby showers!! It also seems thicker than any other pillow I've used, and since I'm tall, that was a nice added benefit. Hands down, no complaints, the best nursing pillow I've ever used. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this product to try and review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is super comfortable, and the adjustable strap works great and is made for all shapes and sizes because the strap is long. The pillow is the perfect height for the baby to be close to the breast without having to lean over or place another pillow underneath. I’ve used this pillow in a bed, chair, rocker, parked car, movie theater seat, etc. and it’s a lifesaver! It comes in a clear bag that I saved to use when I travel so it doesn’t get dirty. The contoured foam provides a great support for the baby and I like how it’s curved at the edge which helps the baby feel more secure. The foam is easily removed before washing and the pillow kept its shape after washing and drying on the gentle cycle (I had multiple wool balls in the dryer to help it keep its shape). If you have a baby that spits up a ton, I recommend putting another cloth (like a muslin blanket) on top of the pillow while they are nursing so you only have to wash the cloth instead of the pillow because I missed the pillow when it was feeding time, but it was still in the dryer! I think my favorite thing about the pillow is that it helps bring baby to the breast without having to lean over. I wish I had this pillow with my first baby because my back would get so sore not realizing I was bending over, but I haven’t had the same issues this time around and I have to give credit to this pillow since I use it and nurse at least six times a day (my little one just turned four months old)! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried out many nursing pillows and this is one of my favorites so far. This is my third kiddo so I definitely have had plenty of nursing hours. And I have bought or been gifted different hand me down pillows to try. My littlest one is currently 2 months old. I have a nursing pillow upstairs, downstairs and even in the car. I love that the Boppy Best Latch Breastfeeding Pillow is so cushy. My favorite feature is its height. Typically I have to stick an extra pillow under one side of the nursing pillow in order for the baby to actually reach my breast- and I’m not a tall lady. This pillow is tall enough (fluffy enough?) that the baby can comfortably reach my breast without extra pillows underneath. I thought that I would prefer a harder pillow, I guess that’s the way that all my other pillows feel, but so far I’m okay with just the little bit of hard foam on one side, it seems to be working well for us so far. I also love the material, the cushy pillow part feels like a bed sheet rather than a soft velvety cover, which makes the material easier to wipe clean really quick when milk drops on it, or to shake off if my kids spill crumbs on it. The opposite side has a harder part with a thin piece of contoured foam. This side of the cover is soft. The foam pillow is really easily removable (makes for easy washing of the cover) and is covered itself with a material that is easy to wipe off- I like that the foam itself is not exposed and therefore not easy to get torn apart by prying little hands when you are washing the cover. The contoured foam has a little bump out shape that makes it a little easier to keep baby on the pillow so that there is less chance of them rolling off, and give a little lift to their head on the side so that they can slant towards you a bit, allowing for better neck positioning. The whole pillow is super light weight. I am not a huge fan of the buckle around the waist just because of quickness of use and noise when snapping/ unsnapping, however that being said I really appreciate that this one has a belt. Because of the type of material used and because the pillow is so cushy and lightweight it was a little slick and I found when I used it without the belt it would slip out of place a bit which meant stopping feeding and readjusting. So the belt is really useful, and I really like that it does not have Velcro on it because that always got in my way and made too much noise with pillows I’ve tried in the past. All in all I found this pillow to be comfortable for baby and I, easy to feed on and position for a good latch, lightweight, pretty to look at, easy enough to clean, and tall enough to not need extra support underneath. I would recommend it and I’m happy to have received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this pillow as part of the Stellar Parent Product Review panel when baby 3 was about 12 weeks. I wish I had a pillow this comfy, light, and pretty with my first two. I have a long torso and this pillow was still tall enough to use comfortably without me leaning over. The two different sides are both comfortable, I often find my older two using it as a couch pillow. The optional strap is a wonderful feature and the easy to wash parts have been a blessing since things can get a little crazy while nursing. My 4 month old is now almost 18lbs (90th) percentile and the pillow really helps when holder her, feeding her bottles, propping her up, and nursing her!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having two little ones I’ve tried a number of items to help with breastfeeding from rolled up towels to fancy expensive pillows. I have to say Boppy’s Best Latch pillow is one of the better options I’ve tried. It has the standard “C” shape, but includes a belt and removable firm foam side. I received this pillow through the Stellar Product Testing Panel when my youngest was about 10 months and the foam side supported her comfortably. I’m a larger lady, usually size 20 with a large bust, and other pillows with belts made me feel fat - Boppy’s belt did not. It is wide, long and made of fabric and can be tucked away in a pocket so it’s not flopping around everywhere. It is also a handy carrying strap. Overall if you’re deciding between pillows - pick this one!
