I have called a million times to ask my parcels be placed in the delivery box at the front door or preferably on the deck by the side door. Once again, though I am sick of saying it, MY Parcels should go to the side door on the deck. I am fed up telling you I am physically challenged and cannot collect packages from the front door. Navigating the steps, double doors, out and then with on my return packages back in is dangerous! What is wrong with you people? This time my package was left again at the bottom of the front door steps in the pouring rain. The cardboard box was a holy mess, falling apart, looking as if the junior high kids practiced their football moves on it. When someone was able to retrieve the melted pile of mess from my front door steps, even the contents were damp and curling due to the holes in the tops of the paper towel plastic wrapping. You decided to replace the two rolls of cardboard muck but I had to return the damaged goods to receive the new items. TALK ABOUT ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. What an insult to a customer who is able to shop only on line and when possible finds a friend, neighbor or relative who can spare the time to pick up my orders at my local store.

Great absorbance a bit pricy

I've been a loyal Bounty brand or bust user for a very long time but I tried these because there was a coupon and I couldn't get my normal Bounty preference. It is so much better than Bounty! They are very thick and durable. I'm a mom of a big family so there's always a mess to clean and these hold up. I also love the tear a square feature. Great bonus!

Good paper towels. Like the fact that you can take a square piece of paper out of a half sheet.

These work so well, you can tear off the roll fold it and use in your napkin holder or use it whole they are just amazing!

I was always a Bounty paper towel lover until I found these wonderful Brawny 3 ply tear a square. These are the best paper towels I have ever used. They're my choice from now on

The new 3-ply Brawny are wonderfully thick and strong, however, the 2-ply also were very strong and served my purposes very well, and there are so many fewer sheets per roll with the 3- ply. I would vote to bring back the 2-ply.

These are my now to go paper towels. I've been using Brawny for years. I thought they were great. I love the 3 ply and the tear-a-square is a fantastic feature. I use one sq uare frequently . No waste.

The towels are gtreat and the availability to have what ever size you want is so handy

These tear a square 3 ply sheets are great at picking up any size spill. What's really phenomenal is the amazing sky high cost increase for that added extra ply!

Brawny is my favorite paper towels, it is very strong and cleans up spills easily. I have reused the paper towels to dry my dishes, because it does not leave lint on my dishes, pots.

I have used Brawny paper towels aroound my house for decades and really love the 'tear-a-square' kind. However, I find the 3-ply paper towels are way too thick! I don't like them at all and am seriously considering changing brands. I think 2-ply are thick enough!

I recently tried the 3-ply Brawny paper towels. I used them to clean my windows. The towels did an ok job. They had good absorbency to a point. They held up well scrubbing the dried bugs and dirt off the windows. My issue was when trying to dry the windows. I had to use more than usual to get the window completely dry. The regular 2-ply Brawny did a better job. The 3-ply stops absorbing after a certain point even though there was still dry parts of the paper towel.
