Shinkflation - less quality less quantity
Shrinkflation has hit Viva! Viva not only changed the diameter of their roll to reduce the amount of paper towels in a roll by about 40%(!) but they changed the formulation of the paper towel to be thinner and less durable. I spent the premium on Viva for YEARS because it was the best on the market. No longer. Now it is competing on the same level as any other brand, so might as well save money and get more with one of their competitors.

My new go to for paper towels
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These definitely surprised me. First, I love the peel off ability. It makes certain that sheets underneath are protected. I've been able to use the towels to clean up spills but also an impromptu washcloth for more stubborn messes. The ability to decide how large a sheet can be is also a major point. You can use a little piece or a large pull off sheet. This is definitely worth it.

Normally, we tend to go through too many paper towels in this house. However, the Viva Signature Cloth Paper Towels are so strong and durable that you can rinse and reuse them. This makes them last more than twice as long. I love the selectable sizes too, especially in my art studio. The size portion is perfect for when I am painting. They are perfect at absorbing spills and strong enough to clean, yet have a wonderful soft cloth-like texture! I love the versatility of Viva Signature Cloth Paper Towels.

More durable, less absorbent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For your typical, every day cleaning, these paper towels will get the job done. They held up when wiping counters and glass surfaces, but left little to be desired when cleaning up spills. I didn’t feel like the absorbency was all that great when a bowl of cereal spilled and it took quite a few pieces to clean it all up. If you use paper towels for napkins, these were actually preferred by my little one because “they were soft” and “felt fancy”.
