So this filter is okay. I feel like it doesn’t do as well of a job filtering as the Brita pitchers do. Like the water still tastes somewhat like tap water. We had a plumber here for some other issues, but while he was here we had him install this filter. He said the main thing you need to be careful of is don’t filter warm or hot water because it will wear out the filter really quickly

obviously they took away ability to share video. What a pity. What they won't allow me to show is a 15-sec video of the very poor workmanship of this product. Bought a year ago. replaced twice because I don't like PUR. Somehow now leaking water like a sieve everywhere.

This is my second time buying the faucet filtration system. It’s seems to appear that after a while water starts to leak between the faucet and the connector and the system itself. Although I like this product (which is why I bought it twice) I will not keep spending money on a whole new system before I can even replace the filter itself. Now I have plenty of filters but no system to connect them to.

I am the only person in my household, so this water filter got light use, I go through only two filters a year. Despite the light use, the switch just snapped off one day. Shame that I bought a 3 pack of replacement filters

The quality of water filtration is good. No leaking problems. Since it was new (about two years) the selector valve was very difficult to move. Today when attempting to turn the valve it snapped off. Since I have a few new filters "in stock" I will need to purchase another Brita faucet system. I would probably purchase a PUR if I did not already have the extra water filters.

For the second time I've had the water selection knob on this model of filtration system crack off. The first system I had lasted several years. This second one was purchased on Feb 23, 2022 and broke tonight on December 17, 2022, after less than a year. Initially, the knob turned easily then gradually became much harder to turn. The system was never exposed to any harsh cleaning agents that could have weakened the plastic. I hesitate to purchase a third filtration system but I have a box of brand new filters and want filtered water every day. When this filtration system works, it's great. It does produce very clean tasting water without bulky pitchers. The chrome finish matches many kitchen faucets too. The filter life indicator is good, though the location is a bit awkward.

I do think this filter does great at filtering, but the structure is extremely cheap and flimsey. It’s very hard to twist the nob if you have any arthritis. The nob on mine snapped off because it’s so weak.

I bought the faucet filter to cut back on single use plastic, but it didn't last as long as the 1st filter. No matter what setting I have it on it leaks out of both sides. So if I have it on filter water will come out on the filter side and the tape side. And if I have it on the top side water will come out on the filter side also. It's like the knob you turn to select what you want just quit working. You can still turn it but it doesn't completely shut off either side.

As of today(11/17/22) the filter faucet broke. Since I already bought a replacement filter & wrote on it now I have to go back out and buy a new mount.
