Q: The main button on the blanket keeps blinking, what does that mean?
A: That happened to me twice and I just unplugged and plugged it back, and it resolved the issue. It was also, plugged in my bad outlet so could be an electrical issue as well.

Q: How do you turn it on when plugged in
A: Hi Cindy, please refer to the instruction manual included with your throw for detailed information on usage.
submitted byCHF Industries - 19 days agoBrand expertA: Look at the corners of your blanket. One should have a black soft button. Press that and it will turn on. You'll notice it turns red when on. You can press up to four times for 4 heat levels.
