Dissolved easily in cold liquid, even just water. It's flavorless. For beginners,I highly recommend consuming this creatine in a small dose, and with a small amount of food. I prevented stomach issues taking it that way. I gradually worked my way up to the directed dosage and gained results from the creatine. I have more energy, endurance during workouts,and better muscle recovery. I'm not as fatigued and sleep even better. It's certainly a great addition for me.

I have been using a creatine monohydrate products for a handful of years. I was given this product to provide my feedback on. The creatine itself is just like any other creatine monohydrate on the market. It does what I need it to do: assist with building muscle and provide some cognitive benefits. There are a few little things that Bucked Up does with the packaging that I liked. They include a scoop that fits in the container as well as a silica packet to keep the creatine fresh. Both are things other companies do not do. Additionally, the compact size of the container makes storage at home or on the go easy. The lower price point of 17.99 also brings it more in line with other brands pricing, and I would now consider purchaisng it at the new price point vs the old $30 price point.

This is my first time taking creatine but have been curious about it for some time. I mix it with coffee, there is no taste or texture change which i like. I think I can push harder during my work outs and recovery has been better, not as much soreness. I love the price too.
