This wing sauce tastes similar to a spicy version of duck sauce (that some would dip egg rolls in). It surely has a lot of “zing” and good for wings if you are looking for Asian-based flavors. I would say the spice level would be “medium” leveled heat. Would work for chicken tenders and might be good for egg rolls/crispy spring rolls (but not fresh spring rolls).
