A: Hi there, our Unsweetened Almondnmilk in the 48oz bottle is not shelf stable. However, our products in the 32oz cartons are shelf stable.

Q: Does this come with a seal underneath the cap?

A: Hi there! We apologize for any confusion. We recently started producing some products out of the East Coast with a slightly different cap shape with no foil seal underneath the cap. This alternative cap design uses a different safety seal feature than our bottles made at our West Coast facility. It contains a smaller interior cap with a plug-like safety seal and tamper evident plastic ring. When opening, there should be a cracking of the small plastic fasteners along the inside edge of the cap to ensure product safety. Although visually different, both versions of our caps provide a complete seal and product integrity is maintained.

Opening the lid extremely difficult, the hot water method flowing over lid, the tapping on edges of lid, various jar openers don’t do it. This is discouraging to even purchase Califia Farms anymore. Gotta be a better way

Why is there so much calcium (400mg) added to this non-dairy almond milk? The kidney stone problem is getting worse, not better, because of all the calcium that is being over added to so many products. With it being added to so many food products our systems are being over-inundated with calcium. I’m trying to keep my kidney stones (calcium-based, the dr said) in check. This is a decent tasting product but please reduce the amount of calcium being added to it. 🫤

Even though I'm a Canadian and we're trying to avoid buying US products due to the political shenanigans going on these days, I won't go without my Califia Farms Vanilla Flavored Almond milk. I make a very complex blended tea brew for myself everyday and it's not complete without your almond milk. Even with the cinnamon honey and two types of cream that I have to include to make Jude's Special Blend. Please don't ever stop making this!

I like the milk for what it doesn't have, no sugar, low sodium, low potassium. I have one working kidney and I'm taking good care of it. The taste is great and the extra calcium is an asset.

I’ve enjoyed this Califia Farms product for years, but lately the taste has been sometimes bitter (even though it is a fresh bottle), sometimes watered- down, and sometimes really good! Some bottles still have the old plastic seal under the cap, and others have the new cap without a seal. That doesn’t seem to affect the taste. But now I never know if I’m getting a good bottle or a dud. What is going on with the quality control?

This is light and tastes metallic and slightly savory. I wish it didn’t have added sea salt. Make sure to shake it well. If you like almond milk you’ll probably like this. I’ve tried giving almond milk a chance but i simply don’t like it. I have even tried the Califa coconut milk almond blend, still has a weird aftertaste from the almond.

I’ve been drinking the Califia Farms unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk and loving it. I use a splash in my iced coffee everyday and it gives my coffee the perfect taste since I don’t like any sweeteners in my coffee. I also use it in my smoothie everyday and in cooking. This almond milk is very versatile and has great flavor. Bonus is there is no sugar! It’s a win all around. Thanks again to Califia farms for bringing great products to the market.

The unsweetened Califia farms vanilla almond milk is so creamy. The vanilla adds a touch of flavor without adding unnecessary sugar. Califia doesn’t add any unnecessary ingredients which is why they taste so clean and pure!

I was disappointed in the flavor of this almond milk. The vanilla flavor tastes too fake, and there seem to be other flavors in there that make it taste a bit off in my opinion (the ingredients list "natural vanilla flavor and other natural flavor"). I much prefer Califia's organic vanilla almond milk, which is also unsweetened and has only 4 ingredients, one of which is vanilla extract, which tastes way better than natural flavors.

I bought this to use both in my overnight oats and my morning iced latte and it works great in each instance! I really like the consistency as it seems a bit thicker and more almond-y (is that a thing) than other almondmilks I've had that are watery and blah. Also super stoked it is unsweetened as I am limiting my sugar intake.
