When I steam it and use it in lattes it tastes super bitter compared to other milks. If you’re using it for cereal or protein shakes it works well.

I started using Califia Farms at the beginning of this year, I'll never turn back!! This brand is amazing, they use all natural ingredients without sacrificing taste. If tried plenty of their products/flavors and I've yet to be disappointed. My favorite is their pumpkin line, they're the only brand that uses actual pumpkin puree and it's tastes so authentic!! I’m VERY picky when it comes to dairy alternative milks, and I can confidently say this is the best I’ve had. It’s perfect in my coffee, smoothies, overnight oats, chia pudding, and cereal. With other almond milks, I can usually taste the almond-y flavor which I don’t like at all lol. This has more of a rich and smooth vanilla flavor, and I love it!!! Finally, a perfect almond milk with clean ingredients. Plz never stop making this

Yuck, expired!
Expired, I ordered and picked up today 3/5/25 and they gave me milk that was expired 1/28/25! How freaking gross. Not only that, I want the milk I drove over to pick it up, and how do I know they won’t do it again? $7 milk should be good for customers. My stomach hurts because I drank a few sips and it tasted off. Tried calling the store to have them double check, and the line didn’t go through to anyone. Anaheim Hill Target CA 🥴YIKES. Toss out old inventory, stop being cheap.
