Terrible customer service and wrong pieces
We purchased a full size bed and the inside piece to support the slats was for a twin. In addition to the slats also being for a twin. Everything was shipped in the same box. Basically this bed became unusable. We called target and targets solution was to give us a 10% discount to keep it like this. Or disassemble and take it to FedEx to return. Why not offer to have FedEx come pick it up. I had to push them to ship a new middle piece, of which they reached out to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has not responded, therefore we have a useless and terrible bed. Do not buy this nor buy from this manufacturer. Also shame on Target for not handling this situation correctly.

Dont waste your money
The person delivering it brought the box out completely thrashed it was so disheartening it was raining so I made sure to have a clear path and opened this garage for him but right out of the truck the box was thrashed and falling apart we waited so long got this bed. I would suggest you save your money and just buy a bed from pottery barn great quality and they treat their furniture with respect.

Ugh...
The bed itself is beautiful and so easy to assemble. The upholstery is high quality and the bed is very sturdy. The problem here is delivery. We waited for months for the bed. Then when it was time for it to arrive it kept getting delayed. Every morning I’d wake to a new expected delivery date. This went on for weeks. The carrier Target used was awful. The communication was delayed (let me know it was shipped after it arrived). When the bed was delivered they left a giant. GIANT. wood pallet. Target said this shouldn’t have happened and the carrier said target shipped it this way. After much back and fourth Target awarded me a tiny gift card and let me know I am free to dispose of the pallet at my cost. Find a more reputable furniture company. With the added time and money spent on haul away the bed is worth the cost.

Love this bed frame!!! Super chic and expensive looking!
This platform bed is amazing!!! I was hesitant to order because it only had one, 2 star review with no description, but I am so happy I did!! It was very easy to put together (I did it by myself) and looks very expensive and elevated. If I didn’t know, I would think this was a West Elm or CB2 bed. The entire thing is really well made and the linen is just so beautiful.
