Q: Why did my candle warmer stop working, it doesn’t turn on anymore? I’ve had this for less than a year and it won’t turn on even though it’s barely been used. This is very disappointing as it was $30.00 and almost brand new.

Two stars because I loved it when it worked! I bought in 9/2024 and it stopped working in March 2025. I thought it was the bulb so I bought a $10 replacement one but it was not the bulb, it simply will not turn on!

This warmer is beautiful. However, it simply stopped working a few days ago after less than 6 months of use. Thinking the bulb was burned out,I replaced the bulb. Now the warmer will not turn on/off using the attached switch, only by plugging/unplugging. Fearful of a short or other unsafe cause to this, I will be getting rid of this warmer.
