Rich and thick formula with unsuccessful results
The fragrance is delightful, and the consistency of the formula is quite rich. Unfortunately, for my coily curls, it didn't effectively tame the frizz. Initially, when I applied it, it felt like it was doing its job, but as it dried, the flyaways and frizz returned. I had high expectations for this product, but sadly, it didn't perform well for my poofy and curly hair.

When doing my toddlers curly hairstyles, the Cantu avocado styling gel is my go to product because it holds my baby’s hairstyles in place without creating any flakes ir dryness some other gels do. It also smells great and comes in a huge container so it takes a while to run out.

This product works very well along side other cantu products, which I love. The scent is light and not overpowering. The texture is smooth and not too thick, my hair loves shea butter so that’s a plus for sure. It works so well when you want to define your curls, I think it performs pretty well.
