Truly feels like glue, so it works for a while, but after a few hours it leaves white residue all over your hair. It’s also so stiff that you have to wash your hair to do anything else with it

Havent tryed to hair gel, But I see a lot of it don’t hold well, For the people saying they can’t find anything good, Try the yellow “moco de gorilla “ it’s called “gorilla snot” for English, , works real good with thick hair and keeps it down.

Great for my son's short hair. Sucks for my daughters hair/bb hairs that frame her face. My sons hair looked great for all of 2 hrs. In all fairness tho most gels don't work on his SUPER straight, thick hair. Less is more because if you use too much in one area it doesn't dry clear. And once it sets, it will turn clumpy and white if you keep brushing the hair.
