A: The customer is correct. There is no cover for the umbrella. I just set mine up two days ago.

Super Shade
This umbrella is HUGE! It is easy to take down and put up. We have crazy winds here so my husband used some really large cement blocks to keep it from getting blown over, the base made it easy to secure. When it is up it provides enough shade to cover our 12 x 12 deck, mostly because of where the sun sits in the sky. I love it and recommend it.

A great addition!
I really love this umbrella! The color is vivid and it was easy to put together and set-up, even for this 60 year old by herself! It covers a majority of my patio and keeps the sun off my sliding glass door. It also arrived quickly with no damage. Going to enjoy this for years to come!

Nice & sturdy! More like an awning!
Just set up today/ Works as it should. Easy to follow assembly directions. Very sturdy. The base was included which is one reason I purchased this one but is too tall for my current table. Luckily it stands sturdy on its own. I put 180 lbs of sand in the base. 4-45 lb tube bags of sand fit perfectly in the bottom of the base and has a snug cover. Umbrella has a nice tie when closed. I really love the feel of the extra awning & shade on my upper deck that gets a lot of summer sun. I wish that the umbrella could tilt but it does not. Overall I like it so far & would order again.

Umbrella is awesome coverage. The fabric itself is not thick so not sure how weather proof it will be. Serves our purpose though. With winds and sun, we seem to replace the umbrella frequently anyways.

Love my new umbrella!
So far, so good! I received my belly yesterday, set it up in about 20 minutes. It was pretty easy and straight forward. The color is a beautiful turquoise, the neighbors are thinking of buying one soon too because it is so pretty! The sandbags are good, have a strong velcro closure. I wish they opened more so I could just shove a whole bag of sand from the store, though. The base is a plastic and metal frame that you put together quickly, then you put the sand bags over the frame, then the cover. Im hoping the cover doesn't come off, it's got some clips to hold ot to the frame. All in all, feels like a pretty good umbrella, and a great discount price!

Nice Umbrella and a great value
This is a great patio umbrella. We've had it set up a few weeks now and its holding up well. We dont leave it up all the time to avoid wind damage, but it functions smoothly so getting it up and down is really easy. It was easy to setup and works well. A great value.
