Perfect size! Easy to clean !

Love these pans, best ever.

Okay, I’ve only had this Caraway saute pan for a little bit, but so far it’s kind of great. First off, it’s beautiful. It heats up super evenly and the ceramic nonstick actually lives up to the hype / no sticking, no scrubbing nightmares.I’m not a pro chef by any means, but this pan makes me feel like I know what I’m doing. It’s been really forgiving with temperature and timing, and it doesn’t freak out if I forget to preheat perfectly or add oil a little late. The handle stays cool, which I didn’t realize I cared about until now, and the whole thing is a good weight. Not too heavy, not flimsy.Only reason I’m docking a star is because I’m curious to see how the ceramic holds up over time. It seems durable, but I know ceramic can be a little sensitive, so I’m babying it just in case. That said, if you’re an intermediate-level home cook or just want something non-toxic and good-looking that doesn’t require a ton of fuss, this is a really solid pick.

This is a very versatile pan. I’ve used it for frying chicken and pork cutlets, making vegetable saute, and browning ground meat. Cooks evenly and hold heat very well. Top marks for this all purpose skillet.

I like the non-stick feature and look of this pan but it is way too heavy. Wish I had know this before buying.
