A: Our Always Pan was designed to be compatible with all stovetops! Ideally, the ring on your stovetop is aligned with the center of the bottom (4.5 – 6 inches in diameter) to ensure a solid magnetic connection. Typically that means using the smallest burner if you've got an induction stove.

Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking on the stove top?

A: Yes, the small handle (we call it our "helper handle") is part of the same cast aluminum body as the Always Pan so it will definitely get hot. The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

Love these pans!!! not too heavy,clean up well. But the best pan is the sheet pan love this so much. I do get horrible scratches or divits in my older pans when I have been very careful with utensils, so thats a bummer? Maybe i should ask for 2 new pans using those now 2 yrs this xmas

I have had to worst luck with clean pans for induction stoves for several years. Food sticks to them eventually and the wear out easily and don't cook evenly. This pan cooks beautifully and cleans like a dream. It's very pretty too! I will buy the smaller version, too!

I've used it to saute, fry, steam and even boil. The main thing about the Always Pan is the design and quality. You can really just leave it on the stove.
