A: Our Always Pan was designed to be compatible with all stovetops! Ideally, the ring on your stovetop is aligned with the center of the bottom (4.5 – 6 inches in diameter) to ensure a solid magnetic connection. Typically that means using the smallest burner if you've got an induction stove.

Q: Does the handle get hot when cooking on the stove top?

A: Yes, the small handle (we call it our "helper handle") is part of the same cast aluminum body as the Always Pan so it will definitely get hot. The long handle and knob of your cookware is constructed to minimize heat transfer, but are metal, so these may become hot during prolonged cooking or from radiant stovetop heat. Please use caution when removing lids or touching handles. Always use our Hot Grips or Hot Mitts (sold separately), or any oven mitt or towel when using the helper handle.

The seem to heat evenly and the ceramic works for me in terms of non-stick (I use butter and avocado oil mainly). I was disappointed by the color - the image and color name led me to believe they would be a dark grey, but they are brown. It works ok in my kitchen after all, but I would prefer grey. The handles and lid handle get very hot (as disclosed on the website).

Only thing we’re noticed on the negative side is that the center of the middle sized pan upon being used a few times now bows up a tiny bit and all the olive oil goes to the edges. But still satisfied 97% and would recommend this cookware.

It’s a great saucepan. Lighter and smaller than I expected but great. I do love it. Only problem is that it’s impossible to keep the outside colour clean (I got a lovely purple one and it looks so old looking now) so highly suggest getting a darker colour.

The pans are so beautifully and look lovely on the stove but after 7 months of use, the non-stick was gone. I use oil or butter in all of my cooking and even with that everything would stick. I use the pans daily and was disappointed to see it didn’t wear well at all. The handle also gets hot which is a bummer. I wish they lasted on the inside as pretty as they are on the outside. The baking sheet is awesome. I don’t use as often and also use w parchment paper but I love it and the baking rack.

This pan is too hyped up. I don’t think their quality is that great. I think people have been too influenced to buy something pretty. My pan started to peel and when I reached out to target & always pan, no one helped. They kept pointing the finger at each other.

Pam works well for the first couple of weeks but now I struggle with eggs, bacon or steak for it not to stick. And weirdly there is colour discolouration to the underside of the pan. It hasn’t been used in the oven, only gas cook top. Because of this I’ve reduce the use of the pan. Aesthetically it’s great… long-term use or practically is low
