While I love the ease of cleaning and non-stick cooking, the pan is way too heavy for me, especially with the lid. I would also have preferred a glass lid which sadly is an additional cost.

This is a perfect pan for doing it all!! We’ve cooked chicken tika, seared sausage, made tomato sauce, pancakes and more, all flawlessly and evenly. This is the pan we reach for the most for cooking all kinds of breakfasts and dinners. Cleans up so easily!

It also gave such an even sear when cooking steaks. All while being non-toxic! There is no other pan I will ever get. Now I just need the full set!
