This is a very versatile pan. I’ve used it for frying chicken and pork cutlets, making vegetable saute, and browning ground meat. Cooks evenly and hold heat very well. Top marks for this all purpose skillet.

I had seen this pan being used by many professional cooks as well as cooking influencers. First of all, it’s beautiful! The Color options are plentiful! I chose Marigold. It cooks way better than any nonstick pan I’ve ever used. Plus it’s safer! I now have two pieces and are definitely going to get more.
