Painted dots are too similar in color. It's hard to see across the table what numbers are available. Also, the dominoes are thin and fall over too easily.

All I wanted was a well made set of double 12 dominoes. Don't need fancy display box or pay extra for the Mexican Domino version. Found this one at Target that is well made and from a well known game manufacturer with a great price.

Is this a joke or did I buy a colorblind version by mistake? The colors of the pips are almost indistinguishable from one another (see photo) which makes game play very difficult! I'm not sure if my set was defective, but the actual colors on the tiles look nothing like what's pictured on the box. The tiles even feel cheap and dull compared to an older Double 6 set I have from Cardinal. Don't waste your money on this set!

Terrible. Don’t buy. These dominos are so thin that they won’t stay up if someone barely hits the table. The colors are almost all the same. Was replacing for an older game that I had same manufacturer but quality is awful. Also no score cards included. Zero stars!! I had to give a star but it worthy.

Be sure to read the small print on this set of dominoes. So disappointed with this set of double 12 dominoes. Opened the new box last night to play Mexican Train with the family. We had five players, but only four plastic trains are included in this set. Four plastic trains only seems a bit stingy for a set of double 12 dominoes. Game instructions in this set are up to 8 players, double the number of plastic trains that are in the set. I admit that I completely missed the small print on the box that indicates it contains only four plastic trains. Who would have thought that such a huge set would only have four?
Now, I'm faced with having to bother with returning the entire set or bother with finding other plastic pieces to fill in as trains for more than four players.

Colors are not easy to tell apart, and some tiles were smeared or not painted well. Also, some tiles had uneven edges so they couldn't stand up the way they're supposed to when they're still in your "hand". Completely don't recommend this particular set, as much as I love the game itself. I am returning them.

colors are murkey.. almost no differece between grey and grey blue.. quite awful.. green is also grey greenish/dark.. something totally wrong with color control. Eben the picture on the metal box is greyed out!!!
