Carefree Ultra Thin Overnight Pads with Wings - 28ct

After using stayfree brand for over 20 years i never had any leaking, bunching, or accidents. I moved away and recently came back to the states last year. I decided to purchase the brand that I loved because they were comfortable and dependable in the pad and they were not sold overseas. After purchasing the new carefree pads I have had quite a bit of accidents!!! I’ve used multiple flows, I’ve changed them often and it still happens. I don’t feel “carefree” but, WORRY when I use them. Worry that I may have an accident at any moment. I have not ever had an accident with the previous product. It has happened frequently with this product.

I grabbed the overnight pads on a whim when I started a heavy flow. I normally get always but I am pleasantly surprised. They actually withstand a heavy flow a bit better. They are soft and im not worried about any leaking.

The wings helped keep everything in place, and I appreciated the extra back coverage while sleeping. That said, the adhesive could be stronger, sometimes, the pad shifted a bit, especially after a few hours. Overall, it’s a solid option for moderate to heavy flow if you prefer something thin and discreet overnight.

been a loyal Stayfree for years user that was a very comfortable cotton pads the best But now with this new change on Carefree not the same doesn’t look or feel cotton the Worst is they dont stick well honestly they come out of the underwear Really Frustrating at least improve in the glue.

They are super absorbent and so comfy you don’t even realize you are wearing a pad. They are long but fit perfectly in underwear. I highly recommend them.

I find that they fold in and it’s uncomfortable. I’ve been wearing them as daytime because my flow is too heavy. For basic daytime they’re good.

I was using period underwear at night before, but I found it would shift in the night - this is the perfect solution. And the best part, it didn't feel plasticky or chafing against my skin like some pads do.

Unfortunately, the Carefree Ultra Thin Overnight Pads with Wings fell a bit short for me in that department. The comfort and fit aren’t the best. Because they’re so thin, they tend to shift and distort easily, which makes me hyper aware of them. The glue on the wings isn’t tacky enough to stay put, and to make things worse, it sometimes unsticks and clings to my inner thighs which causes an extremely irritating sensation when you’re already trying to get through a heavy day. On the positive side, I’ve never had leaks, even on my heaviest days. The absorbency isn’t toptier, but it does its job surprisingly well for how thin they are. The breathability is decent, which is a plus, especially overnight… Overall, while they provide reliable leakage protection, the lack of secure fit and comfort means they aren’t ideal for someone with sensory sensitivities.

I have been using Stayfree pads all my life. I never had a complaint. I don’t know what was changed but these are definitely not the same pads. I can no longer wear these, they cause extreme itching. Please let me know if y’all go back to the old, cotton, comfortable feeling pads.

Great over night pad that stays in place with good coverage

Stayed stuck to my underwear and didn't roll or bunch up. Very comfortable to use for longer use such as overnight. No spills at all even with heavy flow

These were horrible overnight pads, I did not like them at all. These are just not made for me or my type of flow.
