Description
Breast milk and formula are excellent nutrient sources for babies but often don't provide enough vitamin D. And while many of us rely on the sun to help our bodies produce vitamin D, sun exposure isn't recommended for babies younger than 6 months. Vitamin D promotes healthy growth and development; helps our bodies absorb calcium and phosphorus; and supports teeth, bone, and muscle health.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that infants receive 400 IU (10 mcg) of vitamin D3 daily. To make sure your baby is receiving enough vitamin D, a daily supplement may be a great option. Convenient and good value
The drops are very convenient and drop one at a time but the drop rate is very slow for it to come out of the bottle. It is a glass non squeeze bottle so there is no way to speed up the process but it gets the job done for sure. I dab a little on my baby’s bottle and he’s good to go for the day.

So much better than the other Vitamin D options
As a breastfeeding mama, these are essential. They are so much easier to give to baby than the liquid stuff that you have to give 1ml of. And, there's no junk or sugar! I just dab a drop on my nipple before nursing once a day and I'm done!

Good formula. bad dropper
Love the minimal ingredient formulation, hate the dropper. No dropper bulb-just a gravity dropper which is hard to get into an infant’s mouth.

Wonderful Product!
I gave this to my daughter when she was an infant. Now I am expecting again and back for more! It was recommended to me by a lactation consultant. If you are a breastfeeding momma, just put one drop on your nipple and latch your baby to nurse! Simple as that. If you are a formula momma, drop it on the bottle's nipple and then insert into your babies mouth! It couldn't be easier. And the bottle lasts a year. Great value!

Seems to be good but one flaw
I like that it only takes one drop in order to give my 7 month old son the daily dose of Vitamin D he needs. The only issue is how long the drop takes to come out of the bottle. It comes out very slowly so it can be hard to get him to keep his mouth open and his head still while waiting for it. Now that he is eating solids I can put it in his food but before solids that was difficult at times. Otherwise I like the product. I cannot attest to it's effectiveness since I really don't have any way or proving or disapproving but I assume it works the way it should.

The fact that you need only one drop is great. The bottle lasts the whole year, cheaper. Can't really tell if it's effective but this is recommended on breastfeed babies.
