Infants' Tylenol Oral Suspension with Dye-Free Cherry flavor provides temporary pain relief from your child's minor aches and pains due to the common cold, flu, sore throat, headache and toothache. The dye-free formula of this liquid medicine also temporarily reduces fever and starts working to relieve symptoms in as little as 15 minutes. Each 5-milliliter dose contains 160 milligrams of acetaminophen, a known pain reliever and fever reducer. Replace cap tightly to maintain child resistance

Convenient packaging - the lid protects the child from opening the pleasant-tasting product. Not always effective, but depending on the situation. The price is normal and it is always available in the store.

This is the only product I will use for my children. Very effective to reduce fever and help with pain. Comes in many flavors which is great with children. Nice easy open bottle. Great value for your money.

My son’s go to medicine when he has a fever due to shots or illness. It calms him down within 30 mins and he is visibly more comfortable and he doesn’t seem to mind the flavour either! I also like that it comes with a syringe for easy dosage and the package lasts a long time

Infant Tylenol helps bring down fevers as well as ease pain when teething. Easy to give and my kids loved the grape flavor. Worth every penny especially when the kids are sick.

I been using Tylenol infant babies for 15 years is perfect for when my kids have a fever or minor pain sometimes when their fever won't subside Tylenol I found is best to the fever and fully take it away. It works great and the taste is great choice of taste the grape over cherry.very safe .

Syrup for fever and pain relief. For children from 2 to 12 years old. Bubble packaging. The lid closes securely, a small child will not be able to open it. Works very well for my child. Good price. Good ingredients, my child does not have allergies. I recommend consulting your doctor before using.

Why on earth are there so many good reviews? Why on earth is it necessary to put high fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, artificial flavors in INFANT Tylenol, not to mention all the other ages. NONE of those additives is good for anyone, let alone an infant. How do you get away with this?

Great remedy for your little when they have a cold, fever or teething pain. I use this on my daughter. She seems to like the taste and doesnt refuse it. It is important to read the label to understand the dosage as it depends on your childs weight.

A tried and true go-to for sick kids. My boys used to get regular ear infections and with that, regular fevers. We used Tylenol to help reduce the fevers and get them back to normal. They like the grape flavor and I like that it works quickly to bring their fevers down.

Works well, for my infant (different dosage) and toddler. The infant one has a syringe in it. Makes it much easier to administer. Information it’s the only medicine I can give to my little one so far, it’s the only one considered safe for her (5 mo)

My toddler has one kidney so Tylenol is the only over the counter medicine that he can take. It's amazing and he doesn't fight me because the flavors help a lot with taste.
