The product works as intended. The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score is the opening for drawing out the medication. The syringe often draws air along with the medicine making you need to clear that to get a correct dose. The syringe does not clean very will always leaving liquid at the tip that is difficult to clear.

The added color/dye is unnecessary and likely harmful. Tylenol does have dye/free acetaminophen option. Tylenol is effective though, the dye is unhealthy.
