Not for me

I don’t know if it’s just my body’s reaction to this specific melatonin or something - but each time I’ve tried it I have a really hard time falling asleep, I wake up in sweats throughout the night, and ultimately just can’t sleep well. Not sure if it’s just me, but I am able to take other melatonin without this reaction.
