Eggcellent!
I added a little butter and my egg omlette glided with ease. The handle is SO comfortable in the hand and has this really nice soft texture that surprised me. I was just looking for a little egg pan but I might go all in and get the other sizes

Poor design
Poor poor design. I’m not one of those people who needs to be told that coffee is hot so I understand that this pan gets hot. But the white part that attaches to the wood handle part gets extremely hot and will blister you if you accidentally grab the handle of this pan close to it. I’m returning this pan today because I’m not blistering my finger every time I cook on it.
