Mario and Yoshi are ready for an off-road racing adventure as they take the wheel of their officially licensed Carrera RC Mario Kart Quads. These 1:20 scale radio control toy cars allow you to race up to 5-mph across multiple terrains. Race with Mario and Yoshi nonstop for up to 30-minutes on a single 50-minute battery charge with the included 3.2V rechargeable LiFePO4 battery. For more control and better handling, the RC vehicles feature a differential gear and pneumatic tires. The use of 2.4GHz technology allows up to 16 cars to be driven simultaneously giving you plenty of competition. Mario and Yoshi both come ready-to-run with all vehicle and controller batteries included! Q: I can’t find anywhere any place to plug the charger. I found the rechargeable battery in the back of the seat which is attached with wires. Please help to find the place to plug it.

A: The rechargeable batteries located within the seat are able to be detached at the clip that is located on the wires. Once removed from the seat, you can then plug the clip from the battery into the USB charging cable that was provided in the package at purchase.

This place is ridiculous, you are something that cost 119 but then when they mail it to you, it's 135 because it was mailed that's because they didn't carry it in the store. Then they won't give you a phone number where you can reach actually customer service, they want to chat with you. I will never everbuy anything else from the store the rest of my life it is pathetic.

Terrible battery design
Whoever designed the batteries in this clearly doesn't have children and never used the product. Hard to remove and replace and you have to do it every 30 minutes of use. Incredibly horribly bad

Not worth it.
The only thing I like about these is my kid likes them as Mario characters. The batteries have to be take out to charged. That means unscrewing and screwing the back every 30 minutes to charge for 50 minutes. Then you have to play a game of Tetris that’s rigged to give you only the wrong piece to get the battery back in to screw the cover back in. I wish I read the reviews before. Would not recommended in the slightest. Tape a Mario character to a better RC car.

Poor Quality
Terrible design, underpowered, and unresponsive. They look fine. However, you need to unscrew a tiny compartment that barely fits the battery everytime you need to charge them. There is an input delay for the controls and the motors are weak. These should be worth $30 tops. Definitely not the $80 I paid for them

SLOW, can’t go up a slope, and tips over easy. Unpacking is horrible and the battery is nearly impossible to get the cover back on. My kids just laughed at them after a couple minutes of driving and said “junk - return”.

Really would have liked for my grandkids to play with together. First problem: Trying to figure out how to get remotes and cars off cardboard - 0. Getting battery cover off, connect to plug, back into compartment, battery cover back on - 00000. There is no way a kid could do these without a parents help! Have to completely remove battery from compartment to recharge, which is a small connection -0. Only way to charge is via usb cable - 0. Still hopeful for grandkids though to play with. Final straw, could not get screws off either remote control to install batteries to test, - 0. Worst Christmas present! Going back tomorrow.

Looks great in the box, not great execution for use.
I love the themed RC cars, but it has serious flaws. The Mario kart has a significant delay when pressing the forward joystick. They seem to be a bit underpowered as almost any obstacle stops the vehicle even after a full charge. Charging is a chore, you have to remove the battery which is screwed into a compartment. When charging, you only know when it's done when there is a green light visible on the USB charging plug. Overall, not happy at all with these Mario and Yoshi RC cars.
