Outfoxed! A Cooperative Whodunit Game

This is a really cute game! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 5-year-old niece. We really enjoyed playing and using our deductive reasoning skills to figure out who the thief was…right up until our clues eliminated ALL of the suspects. I reached out to Gamewright via their website/customer service and they were quick to respond. Turns out we had a set of misprinted clue cards (card was rotated 180*; see pic). They promptly sent me a set of new cards, and I look forward to trying it again! I am deducting one star only because of time spent figuring this out.

We borrowed this game from our local library. My six-year-old grandson loved it! It’s a little like Clue, but easier. Everyone works together to solve the who-dun-it.

My grandchildren, ages 5-10, love this game. It’s a cooperative game that has all players work together to find the “Suspect”, which is nice if you have a competitive personality in the group. Fun, colorful and enjoyed by all!

I purchased this as a gift for my 5 year old nephew. He loves it! We have had a lot of fun playing it together. It’s easy to learn and fun to play but it also teaches some good basic critical thinking skills. It has lots of replay value. I highly recommend it!

Bought this for my husband, five-year-old, three-year-old, and I to play. It is super fun, instructions are easy, and everyone in the family could follow along. Teaches memory skills and deductive reasoning. Really happy I made this purchase!

This a fabulous game! My daughter got it when she was 5 for Christmas and she still loves it at age 8.

The kiddos absolutely love this game. It’s like clue for children, less complicated and more fun. It requires them to use their critical thinking skills as they play to eliminate suspects and try to find the real suspect.

Fun game for 6 yo, 9 yo, parents and grandparents.

I have a 4 year old and 5 (almost 6) year old. We all played together and it was so much fun! It’s a new favorite of ours. We play lots of games in our house, and this one is now at the top of the list.

So much fun! We have gotten a lot of use out of this game. It is like a modern version of a deduction game like Clue. My son enjoyed the decoder and working together to guess the suspects. I recommend it to everyone looking for a great game for the whole family.

As an adult, this is the BEST board game for kids. Unlike many others, I can play this one again and again. So much fun. Each game lasts 10-20 minutes, so you aren't potentially trapped for hours doing the same thing. The rules are quite straight forward, and I love that we all play TOGETHER to beat the fox.

My 5 year old loves this game (and with some help her 3 year old brother can play, too.) It encourages critical memory, deduction, and while more or less cooperative my 5 year old is still excited to be the player to figure it out. The rules and game play are straight forward and clear. The pieces are well made, too. I like it better than the Clue Jr's I've seen over the years.

I am a fan of their games- this one, though, seems to me confusing and pointless. No sense of suspense and the mechanics are confusing. I am returning it.

The game board and pieces are very high quality. We have several Gamewright Games, and have enjoyed them all. I highly recommend this if your child enjoys board games!
