While this is a calming tea, part of me wishes it had more complex flavors. Everytime I drink this tea, it does soothe my worries, however the flavor is confused, it seems. I've tried steeping it in longer, adding oatmilk, honey. The flavor is just weak.

Is there a problem that a Celestial Seasonings tea can’t solve? I’ll patiently await their 2020 elixir tea. Anyway, this tea is the perfect way to unwind when it’s just not your day, week or year.

This is one of the best teas for helping calm your nerves. It’s reasonably priced, it’s the perfect strength, it’s delicious! It smells amazing too! I don’t quite understand the dragon on the box because it’s supposed to help with tension! I put 2 tea bags and enjoy a cup at night!

My fiancé gets super stressed out from work and he loves tea so we decided to give this a try. He absolutely loves it! It helps him wind down when he gets off of work and helps him feel more relaxed! We love it definitely a pantry staple in our house

One of my all time fav teas! But she’s so slept on! Tension tamer has all the herbal notes of sleepytime but it’s lemony and more fresh! I definitely feel calmer after sipping on this gorgeous tea.

I have been drinking this tea for decades. I typically drink it at night to wind down after a long day. I find it very soothing. It has a mild taste thar is very soothing.

Tension Tamer is my all time favorite tea. The smell alone is like a warm hug. Lemongrass and mint… ginger, chamomile, cinnamon, and lots more … I have loved this tea for a good 30 years. I recommend the heck out of it!

Highly recommend this tea if you ever experience anxiety. Before big meetings or presentations I find a typical caffeinated tea (or coffee) makes me even more nervous. This tea has a pleasant taste and smell but more importantly, it is super soothing. There is absolutely something magical about this tea - I definitely feel like it tames my tension. Highly recommend it!

This is one of my go-to teas! I especially love to drink it at work and after a stressful day. I suffer from tension headaches and I will drink this with some honey and sometimes add a green tea and I am WAY more relaxed. I also like that there is catnip as this helps me (and is known to help) in relaxation and digestive tract help (which is helpful for anxiety too). Overall, I buy this regularly and love it.

This is one of my favorite teas. It gives you a nice vibe. Very calming for stressful days. I have a family member who has mild autism and when they would get worked up about something and their mind starts racing because they're upset or frustrated, the Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer Herbal Tea, 20 Count Box brings that ten energy right back down to one. It works really well for most headaches also.

I’ve been drinking tension tamer tea for many years. It’s delicious with nothing added and really is a wonderful way to relax in the evening. I sleep well after a cup of this tea.

Something about the smell of this tea relaxes me before i even drink it. I spend way too much time just holding it and sniffing it, by the time I get to drinking it's not all that hot. Then I have to refresh my water! Worth it though. I would recommend.

I love this tea hot or cold in the Summer. It can be cold brewed or hot brewed. I was raised on this tea. Sleepy Time Tea was a staple in our home growing up & have given it to my children and one day will hopefully give it to my future grandchildren.

This tea is really good. Has a since peppermint flavor but warmth from the cinnamon and ginger. I do like the calming qualities it has. Nice for relaxing at at night especially.
