Mine also arrived broken. Packaging is terrible. There is not protection around the item. The box on the outside does not state fragile.

Such a beautiful dish, but unfortunately item arrived broken.

CAME IN BROKEN. If I could give this zero stars I would. I was so ecstatic for this and now I’m disappointed. The only thing that survived was the lid.

Arrived broken they replaced it… the new one arrived broken. They wanted me to bring it back to get another replacement. Terrible customer service.

The dish itself is really beautiful, but it arrived shattered. I didn't even need to open it to hear that it was broken. When I did open the box (which was MUCH too big for the item), it was essentially rattling around with very little packing material. Target desparately needs to evaluate their packaging and shipping protocols...I'm pretty much to the point of not wanting to order anything breakable that has to be shipped to me. Worth picking up in store though if you have one nearby!

I made baked ziti and it was very easy to clean afterwards. My only complaint is the lid - it kind of goes on crooked and so it doesn't look like the dish is fully covered and I have to readjust it. Or maybe it could be just a tad bit bigger to sit properly.

This arrived broken with hardly any packaging and they want me to drive 45 minutes to return broken ceramic to get a refund…when they mailed it broken.

Just like so many other reviewers, this ceramic baking dish arrived with almost zero packaging. I found three pieces of paper on top of it in the box, that's it. I cannot imagine a world where this would actually arrive intact with so little care given by the shipping folks.

The re-order from my first broken one is completely shattered and shipped with zero packing material. Not even wrapped and in a box 5 times too big. So it just rolled around in there. I don’t even understand how something gets boxed by an employee like that and shipped out. I really want it so I’m hoping I can find one in store. I got the soup tureen and it’s beautiful. This all seems to be a shipping only issue. The item itself seems good.

Target has been HORRIBLE with packaging items. I'm not usually one to complain or leave a bad review but I've ordered this twice now & it comes completely shattered & hardly packaged with any protection. Don't order online, go in store if you can.

Target is having a HUGE shipping issue. Anything I order that is breakable is put in a huge box with NO packing. I’ve ordered this twice and it comes in a zillion pieces. My local Target doesn’t have in store. Target do better!!

A beautiful product but this is unfortunately my second time receiving a completely shattered product. There are NO fragile stickers on the box either time. Delivery driver dropped the boxes both times which doesn’t help…):

Love the color and the scallop edge detail. Large and well made! Was able to purchase in store to avoid the shipping issues lately 😅

Beautiful baking dish, but this item came packed with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it in a box too small with a hole cut out for one of the handles it was broken in several places! Customer service wants to ship another but would be packaged the same way, so refused. They cannot guarantee one in the store for pickup. Also, they want you to return the item and if you refuse to do that it takes a 2nd level help desk person to approve a refund without return which they will only communicate via email and takes 5-7 days for a refund. Target needs to do a better job with their packaging and customer service.
