Contrary to its description, it most definitely leaves a greasy feel. Hopefully it works though -- jury is still out for me. Not sure if it's worth the fairly high price or if it's better to just use Vaseline.

The gold standard for locking in moisture. Especially during the colder months, I wear this every night on my lips and nose. On my spa nights I layer Cerave ointment last on top of my serums to lock down everything. Keeps my skin plump, hydrated. Also, during the winter I use on my elbows, heels, and knuckles and it keeps my skin from chapping in the cold.

This is so much more than Vaseline! I have been slugging my forehead with this over my night cream and it has greatly improved my static wrinkles immensely. Based on that I started doing the same with my stubborn upper lip lines and it is working phenomenally. I love it. Best $10 I've spent in a while!

This is an absolute must-have in my skincare routine. I know some people don’t like the feel of an oily or heavy cream on their face, but if you can get past that, it works wonders to heal bumps and scars. I love this as an overnight lip moisturizer. It works so well! I ride motorcycles mostly all year and my lips need something that can handle the cold and the wind! It has no scent, the packaging does not leak, and I have noticed a lot smoother lips, no peeling, etc like I do with other products.

I used this product several times a week for months on the cracked soles of my feet. A few hours later, my feet were soft. However, 24 hours later the ointment seemed to have lost its healing powers and my feet were cracked again. AmLactin ultra Smoothing cream is a better choice.

I purchased this after listening to some dermatologist on YouTube talk about it. I thought when I purchased it, it would be similar to Aquaphor or Vaseline. It is similar in the sense that it comes out quite thick when dispensed from the tube. But as it warms up to your body temperature, it starts to spread easily. It feels a little greasy at first but absorbs surprisingly quickly. As the weather has started to get very dry in the fall and upcoming winter months, I see this is a staple to use on my legs and feet. The bonus over using this versus Vaseline is that it has the added skin protecting and healing ingredients of ceramides. So it actually can repair the skin versus just creating a barrier for the skin.

This is the best petroleum ointment I’ve tried. I use it mainly on my lips, but I’ve also used this on my knees and elbows after putting on lotion as an occlusive. It has no scent. The big tube is great, but my favorite are the mini purse size. So cute! I would recommend this product and will be repurchasing.

I bought this product after I had a weird reaction to Aquaphor. I wanted to try and find something vegan and hydrating, primarily for my lips. This is it! It’s more oil based which I LOVE, so I don’t have to use as much product to get the same results. It’s non-scented. A little greasy feeling but I don’t even mind it. I’ve also been using it to slug my face in the winter time. Overall a great product and alternative to Aquaphor!

I had very dry skin on my face and body. My elbow was so dry it was cracking and bleeding and dry and I bought this ointment and after 1 application it's better already. So I think this is a wonderful product and it didn't burn when I put it on and it felt soothing to my skin.

Absolutely love this product by Cerave. Most girls use it to slug, but I only use it on the sensitive areas of my face. For example, on the corners of my eyes or around my eyes before I go to bed or around my nose this is a great product and I love that it is also a skin care item.
