My kid is now 2 and we have used this since he was a newborn. He has had cradle cap and eczema and this has never cause him any issues. I love that it's tear free now that he likes to "help" wash his hair. We buy on repeat!

Not tear free. Extremely strong fragrance especially for a skincare product that claims to be for babies with sensitive skin. Our entire bathroom had a strong smell long after the bath.

We absolutely LOVE this baby wash and shampoo! It smells great without being irritating on sensitive skin. Because it is shampoo and body wash all in one, it saves time and money… two things that tend to be limited with a new baby.

We have used this soap since our 4 year old was born. Found out the hard way it wasn’t tear free but kept using cause it worked on her sensitive skin. She has been struggling with a rash for about 6 months that we just couldn’t figure out. Multiple trips to primary care and the dermatologist with no resolve. She has had to try to anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and steroid ointments. Nothing worked. We have invested a lot of money into changing laundry detergents and hair products. We’ve even scheduled her to see an allergist because we were convinced it was food allergies. Something told me to use a different body soap to test if this was the culprit but we hadn’t considered it because she has been using it for so long. Not sure if they changed the formula but 3 days of not using this her skin is looking so much better. Rash is finally going away. This was an agonizing experience.

Oh, I often buy it for my child to use because its scent stays after bathing very well, bringing a clean feeling to my child, I think the price is a bit higher than other baby products because the bottle texture is a bit small.may be some people wouldn’t choice because it’s a little expensive

My baby had allergies and sensitive skin, all the other kinds of soaps and lotions that he could tolerate were unscented which made me feel like he wasn’t getting “clean”. My baby has eczema skin but Cetaphil shampoo and wash still good on her skin after bath , I bought it because my baby love blue color , she want to took it when she saw at the store , so we gave it a try and we love it . The smell is so so so good. And my baby approved.

Pleasant, light and unobtrusive scent. Nice texture, not thick and not runny. I really like the bottle/packaging, after use you can easily turn the spout and the bottle is closed, my child loves to play in the bath and always takes everything that is on the shelves, but thanks to this bottle I don’t have to worry that the child will drink this shampoo.
