Formula change!! We have been using this face wash for years and we noticed the product label looks different… My teen daughter used it one time and broke out into a full acne explosion! Talk about temporarily ruining a child’s self esteem. Discontinued use right away and her complexion improved within a week. What have you done to this formula?!? Many recent reviews, say the same thing! TERRIBLE!

I have used this for many many years because it never lets me down, leaves my face so clean without feeling dry and without feeling like there’s still stuff on my face. Not too harsh but does the job. I love it so much.

i had very bad acne and was using a bunch of things with lots of ingredients this has way less ingredients and helped gut rid of my acne over time it has a good texture and doesn’t really have a smell which is good

There isn't an overpowering scent which he loves. The product is smooth and creamy and washes very well on the face. He absolutely loves it!

I’m a big Cetaphil fan. I love the products! I tend to buy the cleansers as I have sensitive skin and these always good on my skin. I’ve tried the moisturizers as well and they’re great and the price is not too bad.

I have an oily nose and the rest is pretty normal. I am sensitive to perfumed products so this was a great option to try. My first use, I was surprised by how liquid this is - I think I expected creamy or thick. The texture wasn't displeasing. 2 pumps and again, I was surprised at how clean it actually got my skin - I had doubts given the texture, no smell and no colour. It doesn't foam very well but it certainly cleans. I could feel my skin cleaner 100%. A brilliant option for people who have sensitivities to smell or colour and it definately didn't dry out my skin, only removed the oils. Brilliant

I've been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for a few weeks now, and I honestly love how simple and effective it is. My skin is on the sensitive side and tends to get dry easily, but this cleanser has been super gentle—no burning, no tight feeling after washing, just soft and clean skin.And There's no scent.

This product works really well! Great for acne and sensitive skin. It doesn’t have a harsh scent like some other cleansers. All cetaphil products have the same logo so it’s easy to pick out. Lathers up nicely as well.
