Formula change!! We have been using this face wash for years and we noticed the product label looks different… My teen daughter used it one time and broke out into a full acne explosion! Talk about temporarily ruining a child’s self esteem. Discontinued use right away and her complexion improved within a week. What have you done to this formula?!? Many recent reviews, say the same thing! TERRIBLE!

This product is really good for my sensitive skin. I was having a very harsh skin irritation caused by my toothpaste, and this really helped restore my skin barrier without irritating it. When I was very small, I had a very severe case of eczema and my parents use this brand on me to help my skin get back to a normal state. So I know whenever I need something to help with bringing my skin back to normal or something to use in my skin is extra sensitive and irritated this brand in this product is what I will go to.

The gel is of poor consistency and you end up using a tonne everytime, might as well do a water wash at this point and save time and money. It has an almost non-discernable smell; one of a cheap toilet product. First and last time.

This facial cleanser is a family favorite. My husband’s dermatologist recommended he use the Cetaphil facial cleanser to wash his hands when his skin condition caused painful cracking and redness. My preteen and I use it to wash our faces. I love that it’s mild and doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight.

I’m usually the type to stick to my regular skincare routine from fear of the often inevitable breakouts I get when I try new products, but this cleanser was amazing. I did notice a slight reaction over the first few days, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as with other products I’ve tried this year, nor did it last long. Given the price point, ease to repurchase, and fact that my skin looks just as clear as usual, I’ll definitely be subbing this in, at least for my morning routine!

Smells fresh, has a nice smooth texture, and works great for removing makeup or just cleaning my face. Doesn’t dry me out or leave a weird residue. I don’t have sensitive skin, so cannot comment on how it affects sensitive skin, but it did not cause any breakouts or other skin issues for me. Packaging is no nonsense but effective, I like the pump. States unscented but I found it did have a bit of an off-putting smell, nothing too offensive though.

The packaging was good but I would prefer it to be clear so I can what is left. There was no scent so that’s nice. This has a nice texture as well and it doesn’t dry out your skin. And I found that this cleanser effectively removes makeup especially mascara
