Caused breakouts
I know people swear by this but it was awful for my skin. I do have rosacea, but this caused me flare ups and breakouts for months. I don’t typically have acne and it lasted probably 4 months before I switched products and it went away instantly and never came back.

Formula changed
I’ve been using this face wash for over 12 years. Got a new bottle and it has a strong perfume scent. It use to be scent free. No idea why they changed the formula. Returned and found a new brand that’s gentle and scent free.

Doesn't cleanse well enough for me
This feels so gentle on the skin. It doesn't irritate at all. My issue with it is that it cleanses but doesn't feel like it cleanses that well. It definitely doesn't leave your skin feeling stripped though. It's a good cleanser for those who want a subtle, and gentle clean. I prefer a deeper clean so I would have to pass on this.

This is the best face wash I have found in the drugstore. Cost effective and gives the best results. I have a combination skin and this product gave me the best skin in every weather. I can’t imagine my life without it. It is very smooth and smell so good that i feel so fresh after washing my face with it.
