A: Hi Cindy! This scrub is gentle enough to use daily, however, a lot of people choose to use the regular cleanser daily, and the scrub every 2-3 days if their skin is more sensitive. Hope this helps!

This scrub is gentle in the sense that it only exfoliates a tiny amount. But it still manages to sting my skin just by applying it. I don't know what they put in this, but it is not friendly to sensitive skin.

This irritated my skin with the first use. As I was gently working it into my face I had this burning sensation. Also it has "masking fragrance" and the smell is okaaay but sticks around on your face- I can still smell it. It seems like it could be a gentle exfoliator but not sure if it's that useful for sensitive skin. Will be returning bc I don’t love that right away my skin felt irritated and burning.

This is such a great, affordable drugstore option if you want a gentle but really thorough scrub. I'm usually not a big fan of physical exfoliation but I do actually use and like this one. I use it about 2x a month, especially after a day of wearing a full face of makeup. It has an extremely mild, "fresh" scent that doesn't irritate my reactive skin. The packaging is easy to use as well. Definitely recommend. The scrubby bits are small and a little more sparse so it doesn't feel harsh or aggressive on the skin!
