Q: does this have phathalates?

A: Phthalates (which are safe) were used in fragrances to help scents adhere to skin and last longer. Due to mass hysteria they are not used now. Anything that is fragrance free will have no phthalates.

The cream itself works totally fine. However, I didn’t read that there was sweet almond oil, as it was on the back and I’ve previously used Cetaphil products with no problem in both Italy and the USA. However, if you purchase this product in the UK, please beware. My skin is breaking out in hives as a result of my mistake, which is my fault. Don’t make the same error as me!

For years I haven't found a lotion or cream that could smoothe the skin on my legs so I figured my skin had just changed with age. Wrong! In a week or two the bumps and dry spots I've had for years were completely cleared up and my skin was smoother than I thought possible. I use this all year round aside from the heat of the summer when the humidity makes it take longer to dry. It's thick so it takes longer to dry than a normal lotion but still isn't overly greasy. But wow, I'm just blown away by how quickly and how well this works.

I’ve used it for over 2 weeks now and my skin feels so supple, it’s made of natural ingredients and has 0 fragrance hence no rashes or redness. I’ve used Cetaphil only since my kids were born, based upon dermat’s recommendation and it’s good to see Cetaphil range for adults as well. Packaging is also so convenient to use in the tube, and I use it every single day. Love it!
