Took me a couple days & a closer look at the ingredients to figure out the unpleasant smell. It contains zinc, like many dandruff shampoos. Yes, it does work well --- IF you dont mind your face smelling like dandruff shampoo. I'm buying a different product.

I’m so used to buying products without fragrance in them that I didn’t even think to check this product. I was so surprised when I went to use it and it had this really strong floral scent to it. I won’t be using it anymore because of the strong artificial fragrance to it and I don’t want that on my skin!

This product worked well for my oily, acne prone skin. It did not break me out, but did not do the best job at controlling oil as it states. This was my go to for a while but found other brands that tend to work better.

I just bought this and used it once. The fragrance is way too strong it irritated my eyes and nose and my face turned red and splotchy all over. I will return it for something else. The smell is way over the top and very irritating. Won’t be using again.

I was using foaming wash about 3 years ago , when I had very bad acne, plus so oily skin , I was only this product with moisturizer it helped me so much, my acne went in several months , my skin looked normal , not oily , and acne also disappeared step by step , overall I am very satisfied

I have used this product a lot. The ingredients list of ceraphil has always been clean . Price is good too. Very effective and does what it claims. I have oily skin and this one really helped me for stopping my breakouts.

The price is reasonable, I also use Cetaphil moisturizer and together it's an ideal combination and I recommend it to anyone with oily and acne-prone skin. The ingredients in it are effective. I have used a bazillion different face wash brands, and for anyone who likes the feeling of soft, tight skin, this is it! My face is ridiculously oily, and every other brand left my face still oily, and breakouts were not controlled. I like the feeling of non oily, tight, soft skin after I use face wash it feels clean and not oily disgusting. My breakouts are much better!
