I'm sure that all of these non-drowsy meds (cetirizine, loratadine, fexofenadine, etc.) work the same. My issue is that I have a dairy allergy and pretty much every tablet/capsule lists lactose monohydrate as an "inactive ingredient." Well, it's "active" in a very bad way for me.
