SHEDS AND STAYS MATTED
When I first got the rug I was absolutely in love with it, three years later all of that spent has gone down the drain. The rug shedded so badly and matted so quickly the rug company I contacted said that the rug was not salvagable. I noticed within the first year that some areas matted quickly, but I figured I just needed to rotate my rug around. However, that was not the case. Cleaning the rug and keeping it vaccumed only made it get worse. DO NOT BUY!

Recommend stylish, functional rug
I bought this rug back in 2017 for my daughter’s nursery in the light grey that no longer looks available and loved it. We never experienced horrible shedding as others mention. During our move it was stored in storage and unfortunately got damaged and I’m so sad it has never come back in the gorgeous light grey color. Would definitely purchase again!

Have to invent new cuss words for it!
I do not write negative reviews, and wasn’t going to write this one. However, I rely on others’ negative reviews, so I decided it only fair to write one since I feel so negative towards this rug. It sheds terribly. I sit for long periods since I am disabled, and once I move my feet, I notice the poorly sewn fibers under foot are spread out and my feet have been resting only on the backing. The uneven variation of height of the tufting is poorly executed which makes the rug feel bad and look bad up close. It does looks good in the pictures and from across the room; the coloring matched our needs and the picture represented the coloring perfectly. But up close you can see and feel the poor quality of this rug. Can’t come up with enough negative words for it. Like I said, need to invent new cuss words for it!

Nice rug, but “Ivory” was more of a “champagne”.
I thought the rug was pretty and a nice plushness, but I ordered ivory and it was much more of a champagne color. I should have known better, because the picture looks like a goldfish color, and it really was, but from the name I expected it to be more of a warm white/cream.

I'm in love with this rug. I bought it about 6 months ago, in my quest to find a dark blue shaggy rug for my freshly tiled living room. This was the 7th rug I ordered, and the minute I took the plastic off, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. It's thick, plush and I really haven't had any issues with it shedding. I've picked up maybe 5-6 little eyelash pieces, but that's it. I have a coffee table on top of it, and it hasn't slipped or moved. My corgi enjoys laying on it!
I would buy this rug again in a heartbeat.

So sad. Bought this rug one year ago....for a teacher salary, it was pricey....but I fell in love with it. But..........it's completely flat now. Yes, I vacuum it. No, I'm not an elephant. Just normal life--sitting on it to read, so yoga, watch tv. It's dead. Please don't spend your money on this....

I ordered the indigo rug and it is beautiful! A friend has both the light and dark gray rugs in this collection, so I thought maybe the rug had silvery tones in it but it does not. It's all a deep dark blue. The eyelash threads are shiny and catch the light. I've had zero issues with shedding. The rug is soft and thick- wonderful to sit and walk on. The only problem I can report is that my vacuum can't handle it, which is what I was afraid of. The brushes get caught and turn off and my vacuum doesn't have height adjustment settings, so I have to vacuum the rug without the brushes on.

I purchased the 9x12 in Ivory - it is true to color with a little bit of shimmer; it makes our living room look so cozy! I haven't encountered any shedding problems mentioned in the other reviews. I did notice a little bit of a chemical smell at first, but airing it out for an hour seemed to take care of it. Bonus: my very large lab puppy loves rolling around in it (no static!)

I saw this at Target and liked the look and feel of it. It was the best looking rug I had seen at this price anywhere. I ordered the 7x10 and it arrived quickly rolled, 7' in length and about 75 lbs. The plastic wrap left flat spots in the rug that disappeared after a few days. It does shed a bit, I have not vacuumed it. It is not really a problem, just does require occasional sweeping. Overall happy with the choice, only dropped a star for the shedding.

One year later, still in great shape
I've had my rug for about a year, so I thought I would come back and leave a review. Mine has held up extremely well. Because our living room tends to be a high traffic area, I usually have to replace my area rugs every year. I have two little pugs who love to run around and play on it and it's still in great shape. I've gotten it professionally cleaned twice and it held up perfectly well through each cleaning. I personally haven't experienced any issues with shedding. My only complaint is that it's difficult to clean without getting it professionally done. I've enjoyed it so much that I'm actually going to purchase a second one for my bedroom.

This rug is awful. I was so in love with it when I first thought in the store and when I got it home and then rolled it there are parts of the rug that never popped up. I contacted customer service and they said to give it a little bit of time and vacuum it and it said all end up being the same just to give it a little bit of time. After about six months, I’ve had the road for year, I started to notice that there are parts of the rug that just became flat and because it’s flat it looks very dirty there’s been no vacuum of that I’ve tried that has been able to get these parts to Lyft back up. It’s unfortunate because it looks so pretty in the store so I’m stuck with the rug that doesn’t look good i’ve contacted customer service and they told me that because I didn’t save my receipt in because I got a new credit cards and I’m on able to return it even though the rug is defective

Sheds a lot
I’ve had this rug for about 10 months and it’s STILL shedding. Like shedding a lot. I thought that after a few months it would die down, but it’s shedding as much as it was at the beginning. I had to take my vacuum in to get fixed recently because it had clogged it up so bad just from vacuuming up pieces of it around my house. I wish this rug was better quality because I love the color.
