Charmin Ultra Gentle Toilet Paper, 6 Mega Rolls, 231 Sheets Per Roll

Charmin is by far the best toilet paper product on the market. Our family personally likes the ultrasoft the best. You actually use less because of the thickness and absorbency of the paper. When they say ultra soft, it is like soft woven cotton. I like the larger rolls because storage is much easier and I have to switch the paper out less often.

This is the best paper made. I have colitis and I go more often than most people. This paper has a bit of lotion in it and it makes a world of difference.

I find the softness acceptable but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. When you start a roll, it sticks and in spots for some rolls. In others, the sheets separate and tear. Won't buy it again until the quality is better.

Doesn’t tear as well as strong or soft rolls but I love the feel.

This toilet paper is my new favorite. It truly is gentle and soothing. I'm someone with a bowel disease so having to use the restroom more often is annoying, but honestly this toilet paper makes it so much nicer. Thank you for making an exceptional toilet paper. It really is the little things that matter!

The new product is awful. I have been buying this product for years. First the lessen the lotion amounts now the get rid of the aloe. Thanks for the heads up – not. Will be switching brands.

Our family has used this toilet paper for 30 years. My husband has ulcerative colitis and his gastroenterologist recommended this specific paper to him. Like many others have said, there has been a big change in the toilet paper - liked it better when it was called Ultra Sensitive and had aloe in it (aloe is well known as an anti-inflammatory and soothing plant, so I am puzzled as to why it was removed). The new paper with the diamond weave pattern is awful - pieces of the roll fall off when removing it from the package. Same thing when you wipe - pieces stuck to your body and pieces all over the floor. The paper is now crumbly and has alot more friction when you wipe. I'm very disappointed in the downgrade in quality - especially as the price just keeps climbing higher.

Was a consistent buyer for years but over the last year to 8 months quality has dipped so far I’ve switched brands. It’s sad I loved this product especially since no one else even tries to compete in this specialty TP market leaving no choice but this product and I still had to switch.

I have been buying Charmin Ultra Gentle for the last 15 years due to sensitive skin. I have seen the changes since the aloe was removed and up until recently it has been tolerable for my skin. The last pack of 12 mega rolls was absolutely awful, it was very rough on the my skin. Thinking maybe I received a bad batch, I bought the ultra gentle 18 roll pack. It is softer but a mess, particles of toilet paper dust are all over the rolls, glued on 2 places which makes it a mess trying to pull it apart which usually winds up in thin strips. Very dissatisfied to the point of trying to find a comparable paper in a different brand.

We have been buying this item for "many" years. Never have we had the quality so bad. It seems like the process is or quality control has gone bad. As we unroll the rolls, they stick to the next layer ripping and tearing into the next layer. Absolute junk! I don't know what happened but we are going to start buying and trying other products out there.

As others have said, these toilet paper has changed and is now terrible - find an alternative.

To say it nicely, the new formula stinks. I have switched to Quilted Northern Ultra Plush. It is not as good as the old Charmin but it is much better than what they have now.

This is my favorite bathroom tissue. I wish it would be sold in all grocery stores.

I've been using this product for years and just recently I've noticed a drastic change in quality! It is nowhere near as soft as it used to be and I can't feel the lotion in it anymore! It feels very dusty & dry! Unfortunately I'm going to be switching to a different brand.

As someone with ulcerative colitis, I use a lot of toilet paper. It is easy to end up sore. Charmin Ultra Gentle has been a lifesaver for my poor backside. Since switching, I have seen much improvement in pain levels back there, and no longer fear becoming raw. Charmin Ultra Gentle plus a bidet are the way to go.

Where have I been?! This charmin green is amazing! I finally found a formula that is soft and strong and doesn’t leave any residue. This is going to be my new go to!

I purchased this product over 6 months ago and was extremely satisfied. I purchased again and sadly can not use it. It doesn’t have any lotion in it. Reminds me of the cheapest brand you can buy.

I bought this about a month ago in place of the Charmin Ultra Soft. Boy what a big mistake that was!! It’s not soft or gentle in my opinion!
