    TERRIBLE

    We buy a lot of TP, all being Charmin; up to now. Number of PROBLEMS: 1) Nearly all the center cardboad tubes are CRUSHED ON DELIVERY. 2) The rolls are side-cut in all kinds of shapes. 3) Their new perforations are missing in about 20% of the cases. 4) The tissue is now so thin, when I hold up to the light, I can see through. Not sure if P&G has lowered their standards, or maybe if Target is buying production 2nd's. Whatever the reasons, the quality is without a doubt FAR LESS than what it was ~ six months ago. Called P&G to complain, they sent coupons for half of what we paid for the defective products. Not worth wasting anymore time when they seem to not care. We're changing brands.

    Shrinkflation

    Charmin has become one of the worst offenders. For around $20, I used to get a huge pack — the kind you could barely wrap your arms around. Now the pack is so small it sits flat on my passenger seat like it’s nothing. Same price, way less product. It feels like they gutted the value and expect people not to notice. I’m honestly done buying it until they bring back the amount we used to get.

    Poorly Shipping Standards!!

    When you ship Charmin and Bounty you always use HUGE boxes without the needed additional Kraft paper to avoid the contents roughly moving against each other during transit. I cannot imagine you do not have an assortment Box Sizes, to use accordingly!! If you do, you MUST Review your Training Standards and/or Be MORE SELECTIVE in your Hiring Process for personnel assigned to your Shipping/Logistic Department. In addition, think of the Operating Cost Savings for Target, by all these Oversized Boxes that absolutely were NOT NEEDED/ -WASTED Material $$$$!!!
