I have only had this blender for a couple of days, but so far I have very pleased with it's performance. It does an outstanding job of crushing ice cubes to snow ice. I have discovered, however, that the small ice pellets that my ice machine makes do not work for the purpose of making snow ice.

My only suggestion would be to reconsider where the cord comes out. I intend to keep this on my counter but due to the cable coming out the back I can only get it so close to the backsplash before the bend in the power cable becomes a concern. If it came out the side it would be a non issue. otherwise awesome so far!
