If your a new parent these are so helpful. They take effect with in 20-30 min. I love that they offer a dye free option along with keeping the flavor the same. It comes with a syringe and a helpful dosing chart.. its a good value

I really like this medicine and use it often for my child. It works very well to reduce fever and makes my little one feel better quickly. However, I noticed that after taking it, my daughter sometimes has issues with constipation. Because of that, I would rate it 4 out of 5. I think it tastes good
