[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened my package, I had high hopes, although the cardboard on the plate was different not as smooth as normal plates. I had high hopes I love the size and the shape, but I had to use at least two plates to firmly hold my hot food and after a certain amount of time, it started to get soggy and damp. I did not enjoy that when I used a knife to slice it, picked up the cardboard Did not like that. I do not like these plates.

I am usually not a fan of the plastic disposable plates or the flimsy paper plates as they are not sturdy or they dont look nice to present. These on the other hand are sturdy, liquid wont weaken the plate like the paper ones and they look a lot more presentable as well!

Just a few scoops of pasta and the middle of the plate started to fold. I have used much cheaper brands and have had no problem. I do not recommend these plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate this plate isn’t plastic or styrofoam. It holds well with basic things but the bottom can get a little less durable when the food is hot. The size of the ate is fairly large, so you can fit a lot on it.

They are cut-resistant, thick, and strong. I like the square design, it’s a nice change from the typical round plates. Would buy these again!

While using these plates, I found them to work best with sandwiches or dry(ish) items because anything that has a sauce or oil will soak into the plate and cause it to be flimsy. Again, I do like it for things like sandwiches, chips, popcorn, or things of that nature. Anything saturated or wet, I would not recommend unless you’re doubling up on the plate. I do like China and I feel they’ve always been a good brand so it wouldn’t stop me from buying these for every day use

I even used a sharper knife on them without any problems. Unlike regular paper plates, they don’t get soggy, and they honestly feel so durable that you could almost wash and reuse them if you wanted to. On top of that, I love that they’re compostable, so they’re not creating a negative impact on the environment. They’re definitely a step above standard disposable plates and I’d highly recommend them.

Yeah, they are disposable paper plates and certainly not meant to be fancy china, but I've had disposable plates that were much nicer. I wouldn't use these at a party. I DO like the square shape however. But I think the quality leaves much to be be desired.

Great dinner plates - you can see the size comparison with the banana. It would be great for a large family meal, even Thanksgiving. They’re even microwave safe and hold up well without bending or leaking with high liquid foods. They’re certified TUV home compostable and BPI compostable, which is amazing. I’m trying to compost more for my home garden - I’ll definitely buy these again!

I don’t care for the texture of the plate but that’s just personal preference but they are a good size you can get a good amount of food on them.
