They are okay.
I found the cookies to have that play dough taste that a lot of gluten free flour have. In order to promote delicious gluten free products, companies should invest in quality GF flours. These are bearable but I still prefer my own recipes. For a large company and a quick lunch dessert, these do the job I suppose.

These are a great gluten free modification of the original Chips Ahoy cookie. Much better than the Oreo attempt, no weird aftertaste. I hope they try to make other versions of Chips Ahoy GF, like the Reese's one.
