A: It’s going to be better than butter or crisco for sure! fractionated doesn’t make some fats turn into trans fats like hydrogenated does AND fractionated avocado oil (at least this one) also has mono and polyunsaturated fats which ARE good for cholesterol. There’s still saturated fat, but about half your typical tablespoon of butter

The first time the lids were sliced I had to throw away 4 of them they sent me 4 more to make up for the damaged ones they arrived and were damaged as well not sure if they know how to send packages out I had to throw away 4 more not buying again

Needs to protective seal or packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite thing to buy on every grocery trip. Very happy to find a clean Oil Shortening. This Avocado Oil Shortening has been so far the best ingredient to be added to all my favorite dishes. I tried it with frying and baking and it’s like magic. I wish it came in a bigger tub which would be great for cooking larger recipes. My Mother enjoys baking and she approves ! I totally recommend it. Thank you Chosen Foods and Influenster.

Only one ingredient! I used it to cook omelets and stir fry vegetable. Creamy soft texture, easy to use. Definitely better and healthier option than Crisco or similar items. Would recommend!

Perfect for outdoor griddle!

It melts beautifully, making it easy to use in a range of dishes. The clean, simple ingredients are a huge plus, and storage is a breeze.
