Q: I bought a few sets of these chairs and some are very wobbly, even though everything is tightened. Is there a trick to getting them flat to the ground?

  • A: If some of your Christopher Knight Home Juliana Counter Stools still wobble after tightening, here are reliable ways to fix them: 1. Stabilize the Base & Add Pads Often, wobbling results from uneven protective feet or missing rubber rings. Check if felt pads or rubber rings are slightly loose or damaged. Push them back into place or reapply with strong adhesive. That usually stabilizes the stool 2. Level the Legs Manually Metal frames can shift during assembly—one leg might be shorter. Place the stool on a flat surface. Use a shim or journal your measurement: measure the shortest leg’s deficit and mark the others. Slightly file or sand the taller legs until the stool sits evenly

    Ripped already

    Didn’t even have chair put together for 24 hours and already 2 rips in side that were not there when I assembled. Nobody in my house is even close to the weight limit so this shouldn’t happen.

    Comfy, great deal!

    Easy to assemble and I got these on sale. Let us see how the faux leather will hold up. I already have one little scratch from it. Did not know it scratches so easily. Regardless we use these stools daily and it Is comfy!
