Q: Can you tell me if the swivel is metal swivel mechanism (not plastic)? Is it 360-degree rotation with smooth ball bearings? Sturdy base - solid rubberwood, not hollow? Footrest ring welded/bolted?

A: A metal swivel mechanism (it just says “swivel”). It uses 360° rotation with smooth ball bearings. That the footrest ring is welded or bolted. The frame is described as sturdy rubberwood.
