Q: Does this spot treatment help with fungal acne? Because anti bacterial acne spot treatments do not work on fungal acne.

My husband gets bad acne. He loves this. It's the only thing that has really worked for him. He tried many different acne products as a teen and when we got together I told him to try this. His skin has been clear since using it and when he gets a bad one that pops up he uses it and ita gone in a day or two.

So I buy and regularly use the oil free moisturizer which I believe is from the same line as this spot treatment, however this is a whole other story. If you have sensitive skin, maybe even just slightly sensitive I wouldn't recommend. This spot treatment has 3 or more (I could be wrong but I recognized 3 of them) types of alcohols in it in order to dry out and clear the zit, so for my skin and less sensitive skinned people I think it's works pretty great, not the best one out there, but definitely not the worst one either. Be extra sure to moisturize if using this for a somewhat longer period of time (more than 2-3 day in a row).
